Guests have consistently praised the property for its stunning location and views, particularly enjoying the proximity to Langland Bay and the sound of the sea. The property is described as clean, well-equipped, and comfortable, with special mentions of comfortable beds and a well-maintained environment. Some guests received a thoughtful gift of brownies, adding a personal touch to their stay. However, there were minor issues with cleanliness and maintenance, such as a greasy oven and a toilet flush problem.
The property is generally described as clean and well-kept. One review mentioned a greasy oven, indicating a slight oversight in cleanliness, but this seems to be an isolated incident rather than a common concern.
The location receives high praise for its breathtaking views and proximity to the beach and local amenities. It is considered ideal for various activities and enjoying the coastal scenery.
Guests find the property comfortable, mentioning extremely comfortable beds and a well-equipped space. The presence of steps and potential mobility issues for some guests slightly affects the comfort score.
Facilities are generally good, but there have been reports of maintenance issues such as a toilet flush problem and a water leak, which were not promptly addressed, affecting the score.
While the gift of brownies was a delightful surprise for one guest, there is insufficient information to determine if such gestures are a regular practice, and they should not be expected on every stay.

Mr Jost
We had a wonderful time here, enjoying the magnificent views, making good use of the balcony and relaxing in the very comfortable lounge area with its warm, cosy atmosphere. For anyone with mobility issues, the access via several fairly steep stairs would unfortunately be a serious problem, but other than that, I can only recommend this place for anyone wanting to unwind in a real beauty spot, but with easy access to city amenities.
Miss Lloyd
Absolutely fabulous 1st floor flat in a perfect position right by the sea.
Mrs Niven
This is a wonderful flat, spotlessly clean, well equipped with the most amazing views from the kitchen/ diner, lounge, through the patio door and the main bedroom window. The Langland brasserie was great, fabulous walks, unspoilt coastal scenery, we saw seals and a fox around the bay. The surfside cafes are great. Any weather it’s great X
