From here, the sitting room boasts lovely views and the toasty fire to enjoy after a day of walking. Completing the ground floor is a shower room, where you can freshen up before bed. Upstairs the character continues with more exposed stone walls in the double and twin bedrooms. After resting, wake up to breakfast and coffee which you can enjoy in the enclosed garden while your four-legged friend stretches their legs. Just across the road you can find a quaint café, where you can treat yourself to a light bite while watching the canal boats go by. In the foothills of the Brecon Beacons National Park, the charming hamlet of Penperlleni is situated in a tranquil area. This lovely neighbourhood, which is surrounded by lush open fields, is ideal for both families and groups of walkers. In the centre of the hamlet, there is a charming shop where you can buy all the necessities, as well as a lively pub where you can get mouthwatering hot food. The towns of Abergavenny and Pontypool, as well as Merthyr Tydfil and Cwmbran, are all easily accessible by tour bus, and there are numerous attractions and sites waiting to be discovered.
