Exceptionally good value and really nice and cozy property and we had no issues . The owner was waiting for us when we arrived (as lives on site) and provided tea/coffee and milk so we could have a hot drink immediately on arrival - after a 5 hours drive - and was exceptionally friendly but not overly so and left us to our own devices but was available if needed.
