Apartment 2 in Conwy is praised for its cleanliness, spaciousness, and convenient location within walking distance to the town centre and marina. Guests appreciate the well-equipped and newly decorated space, though some suggest minor improvements such as additional coat hooks and bathroom shelves. Despite isolated comments on maintenance and noise, the overall impression is positive, with many guests expressing a desire to return.
The majority of guests report the apartment as spotlessly clean. However, one review mentions the toilet not being cleaned properly, which slightly lowers the score.
The apartment's location is consistently praised for being in a quiet area, close to the town walls, harbour, and shops, contributing to a high score.
Guests find the apartment comfortable, with comfy seating and beds. A few minor niggles, such as the absence of a coat rail and a plug near the mirror, slightly affect the score.
Facilities are generally well-received, with mentions of a well-equipped kitchen and comfortable furnishings. Points are deducted for comments on maintenance issues and the need for additional items like ovenproof dishes.
There are no specific mentions of gifts or extra thoughtful touches provided by the hosts, so it is not possible to assess this category.

Conwy, a World Heritage Site, is without doubt world famous for its historical and architectural heritage, yet at the heart of the town lies a hub of bustling activity. Alongside its ancient festivals and fairs, musical recitals, galleries and historical attractions, there is an array of specialist shops, restaurants and hotels. Built for King Edward I between 1283 and 1287, Master James of St George's design, Conwy Castle remains one of the most outstanding achievements of medieval military architecture. The distinctive, elongated shape, with its two barbicans, eight massive towers and a great bow-shaped hall was perhaps determined by the narrow rocky outcrop on which the castle stands. The town is proud of its historic traditions and celebrates its past by retaining many of these in its annual festivals, events and fairs, including the Honey fair, Seed fair and Gwledd Conwy Feast in October, along with other musical events throughout the year. Conwy is the perfect base for exploring the dramatic Snowdonia National Park, walking unspoilt sandy beaches, or taking in the wonderful scenery on your doorstep. Also within reach are the Llechwedd Slate Caverns, which has the longest zip wire in Europe, and Surf Snowdonia is just six miles away.

Only comments are very similar to earlier ones. Could do with somewhere to hang coats and somewhere to put toiletries on in the bathroom. A lot of noise from the appt above. Also I think the listing should say that although this is a ground floor appt you have to go out of the main gate on the main road and back in through the other gate to access the garden.

Very few minor downsides apart from steep steps to front door ,kitchen door and window wouldn't close ,could do with a couple of extra oven proof dishes and basic instructions for using the electric hob.

Mixed reviews of accommodation bad damp evident in bathroom which wasnât pleasant Neighbours upstairs very noisy you could literally hear them opening and shutting cupboards No second set of bedding we had to buy a 2nd duvet (owners shouldnât assume couples sleep in same bed health reasons donât always permit) Parking outside difficult as always busy Kitchen very small Lovely and clean and great location but above was annoying tbh
