Renovated barn conversion set in a rural location within Snowdonia National Park, with dramatic views of Y Rhinogydd Mountains and a large private balcony. Inside the cottage you'll find a well-appointed galley kitchen, open-plan living area with bi-folding doors and two tastefully decorated en suite bedrooms. Ideally located for walking and cycling enthusiasts, there's no shortage of trails and hikes to explore nearby with direct access to many. Coed y Brenin Forest just around 1.5mi from your front door where you can take a woodland walk to Rhaeadr Mawddach and Pistyll Gain waterfalls or cycle down some exciting mountain biking routes. The nearby towns of Dolgellau and Blaenau Ffestiniog boats independent shops and eateries as well as numerous local activities such as Ffestiniog Railway, cycling at Antur Stiniog (14 mi) and adventure at Zip World Slate Caverns (15 mi). The beaches of Abermaw and Fairbourne are around 15 miles from the cottage as well as the coastal fortress of Harlech Castle.

Beds: 1 King, 2 Singles + 1 additional pull-out single bed.

Rooms: Ground floor: Kitchen, living/dining area, king bedroom with en suite bathroom and twin bedroom with additional pull-out single bed and en suite shower room.

Kitchen and utilities: Galley kitchen complete with slate worktops, electric oven, hob and grill, fridge/freezer, microwave and dishwasher. 

Entertainment: 40" TV with basic Sky package and DVD player in living area. Wi-Fi available.

For families: Travel cot and high chair available on request. Please bring your own cot linen.

Outside: Balcony area with garden furniture and wonderful views of the Rhinogydd mountains. Shared enclosed garden with further seating options and charcoal BBQ. Shared lockable storage shed for outdoor equipment and laundry cabin with washing machine and tumble dryer. 

General: Central heating and electricity included. EV charger available (£20 per charge, payable to the owner direct). Bed linen, towels and 2 hairdryers provided. Welcome pack on arrival includes 'Paned Gymreig/Welsh Brew' tea, 'Ffa da' coffee, homemade bara brith and milk.

Pets: Sorry, no pets permitted at this property.

No smoking inside the cottage.
