  “My wife and I recently stayed for a week at the Sky View in Sheringham . This first floor flat is based right in the centre of Sheringham above the estate agents where you collect your keys which is handy and is a great base for the towns amenities and promenade etc . It also has close access to the handy train station and either large NCP car parking or as we found plenty of free off street parking albeit this may be a 5 minute walk away . The flat is large and spacious and is really nicely presented complete with all the neccesary mod cons and cooking requirements , there is also a large rear conservatory area which seats 4 people comfortably . The main highlight for us however was the external patio area which was superb both in size and also offering an area in full sun and part shade at various parts of the day . We were blessed with a great weeks weather so had breakfast on the patio every morning in shorts and tee shirts and ok so your outlook from this area might not be the best but it does feel quite private even with the pub garden next door. However with all the good there was a downside to our stay and that was temperature of the flat which at times was unbearably hot . I can only put this down to the large conservatory which was like a sauna during the day , however probably the most comfortable room on an evening . During our stay it was approx 22 degrees most of the week so very nice but not heatwave stuff , however even with the couple of fans kindly provided and all windows open at night it was a struggle to sleep and this did spoil our stay somewhat . They might need to introduce a bit of air con fitting as i`m not sure how else this could be resolved . All that said the accomodation still gets a big 8/10 from us , it would have been a strong 9 if it wasn`t for the temperature .”

  4 Burlington place is a lovely airy apartment but it feels like it isn’t finished yet. There are no brushes to keep the floor clean, no flat surfaces in any bathroom to put toiletries and nothing in the showers to keep shampoo etc. The sofa and chairs are really uncomfortable and the beds would benefit from a mattress topper. The cold tap on the sink in the bathroom with a bath is loose and wobbles when you turn it. One of the windows in the biggest bedroom doesn’t open, it’s jammed. It would be helpful to know about the parking space beforehand, ie that you park in space 11 rather than having to read the booklet once you get in. And the booklet was hard to find under the TV, I’d expect it to be on the counter with the welcome pack of food. The apartment is lovely, but for the price we paid I expect it to be finished and the windows to be fully working.

  Modern, spacious and light and in a perfect location to explore Sheringham. All the facilities you need to cook in if you wanted to and three spacious bathrooms. We had work being completed in the flat above, but before this started the flat was nice and quiet. Lounge furniture could only really accommodate 5 guests rather than the 6 people that the bedrooms could accommodate. We managed to park at the front of the building as the allocate space was taken. However, not sure if this would be the case in high season. Front parking is restricted to 24hrs and then no return for 24 hrs. Overall we had a lovely stay.

  “We had a very pleasant stay. The apartment is in very good decorative order. There is a well fitted modern kitchen which includes an in built oven and microwave. There are two very modern shower rooms and the shower water pressure was the best we have ever stayed in. Thank you.<br /> The apartment was very clean on arrival with a few goodies left out for us, like bread, milk, coffee, biscuits and more. Which was a great start for our stay<br /> start and again thank you.”

  “This flat is the perfect place for us to stay. It is central so easy for shopping, eating out etc. The place was spotless, beds comfortable, and there was the right equipment in the kitchen. Having a sitting room on the front and conservatory and balcony on the back there was always somewhere to sit if it was too hot. We have been visiting Sheringham for decades and this is the best place we have ever stayed. Hope to be back next year.<br /> ”
