  The New Dairy is a fantastic property. It has all the comforts of home and more! I enjoyed every minute of my stay and can’t wait to return. Special thanks to Poppy from the Coquet team who helped me sort out a problem with the Gas Fire. It was a stressful situation and Poppy was super professional and helpful, it makes a huge difference to know there is an approachable team to call when things go wrong. Thank you. The property is beautifully decorated and has everything you could want from a holiday rental. It was also in the perfect position for visiting the area. Everything was great. Thank you. I loved the shortbread and it was a real treat to have the Nespresso machine. The flowers were also very pretty. The cottage was super comfortable and the kitchen was very well stocked. I think my favourite thing was the beautiful gas fire and comfy sofas which allowed many hours of happy reading! It was all wonderful – I recommend your cottages to any friends looking to stay in Northumberland. This is the third house I have stayed in and they have all been brilliant – I’m already planning my next visit. Thank you.

  This was our first booking with Coquet Cottages, but it will not be our last! The New Dairy in Bamburgh is a lovely property, warm and well-equipped, with great views of Bamburgh Castle. The property is very nicely furnished in a contemporary style, with wonderful interior design and décor. Booking was simple, and the company were exceptional in their communications and attention to detail. It’s situated in a quiet area, with plenty of parking and a really wonderful welcome hamper. The location was perfect for us, less than 30 minutes from Berwick heading north, and Alnwick heading south, and less than 20 minutes to Lindisfarne. We had a really enjoyable stay, and would recommend both the cottage and the company very highly.

  Edinburgh Zoo was great fun for the children and the Hard Rock Café is a cool place to eat. Then the Serenity Farne Islands boat trip was very nice although the weather was a bit rough on the way back. If you go on the boat trip you will probably see puffins, seagulls and Artic terns. Alnwick is also a great place with the Alnwick Garden and Castle. I really enjoyed the waterfall and if you are a bit of a book worm then Barter Books in Alnwick is great. The Treehouse in Alnwick has a very nice restaurant and the food was lovely. Finally Seahouses gift shop is nice, we loved it all. Thank you.

  The New Dairy was lovely and exceeded all our expectations! It was in a perfect location for us, with views of Bamburgh Castle. The welcome basket was all brilliant! We loved everything that was included and worked our way through all of it during the week! The property was warm, comfortable and really well furnished and in a very quite location. The entire experience was superb, we will definitely book with Coquet Cottages again. I was pleased with the communication before and during our stay, every bit of contact with us was excellent and made us feel very welcome.

  At last we made it here, having originally booked for 2020 and it was well worth the wait. A lovely cottage with a lovely view. The weather was mostly kind (if you ignore the rain all day on Holy Island on Tuesday). We enjoyed some lovely walks out to Budle point and back into Bamburgh, and along the beaches. We bought some lovely fresh fish from Swallow Fish Quay in Seahouses and had good meals out at The Lord Crewe in Bamburgh and the Italian in Seahouses. We also had great pizzas for lunch in the Walled Garden at Blackett’s in Bamburgh.
