(Including gates, high chair and cot)There is a large entrance hall for outdoor stuff and prams etc. Vital for dog owners the garden is paved, enclosed and has hose to clean the dog and the area. There is so much within minutes walking distance of the house that you donât need to use the car much. Everyone can do their own thing. Having space to park in this location is a bonus. Having only been to Norfolk in the summer when we always had glorious weather I was delighted to be woken up by the sun every morning in Kipling House in March. Then straight down the beach with the dogs! Perfect!

Holly House is a truly lovely place. The garden is a peaceful relaxing haven to return to after a day on the beach or exploring. The house itself is beautifully presnted and the kitchen is so well stocked you can happily prepare meals knowing you have all the equipment, utencils and tableware you'd expect as if you are at home. We have a lovely week here. Heacham is a great place with a Tesco Express, Boots, and good pubs, restaurants and takeaways. From the house its around a 20 minute walk (adult) to the seafront and from here you can walk along the sea wall directly into Hunstanton. I did many morning walks this way - 6 miles round trip and a relaxing way to start the day before everyone else was up. We didn't have a dog but if you do bring one the house is perfect for them.

The house exceeded our expectations. We loved the position, so near to the quay and yet not far from town either. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed and the superb entrance lobby was so useful. All beds were exceedingly comfortable and bedrooms spacious. The garden was fairly private with a useful table and chairs for eating. The car parking was comfortable for two cars, we didnât try 3 but it might have been tight. My main concern was the very steep step from the lounge patio door into the garden - would have given 5* had this have got an interim step. Young children or elderly people could find this steep drop a hazard to beware of. All in all, this is an excellent holiday home, great value and we would happily consider rebooking if it were available.
