  We cut our break short my husband wanted to leave the moment we arrived but we stayed until the Thursday.

  The cleaner was still there when we arrived at about 3.30 on Sunday the place is Friday change so expected it to be ready . There was lots of damp/dirt in the bathroom and twin room, found a wet dirty towel on the back of our bedroom door. Kitchen hot water tap had no pressure and no hot water maintenance man came and told us we had to boast the water heater. Lack of information about anything on the site or in the chalet , swimming pool was good grandson used it every day partly because there was nothing else to do , the key for the swimming pool area did not work so had to get someone from reception to let us in , they told us we weren’t the first person staying at 48 to have this problem it needs sorting. The overall holiday was very disappointing. The site entrance is rough looking the buildings are tired and badly maintained and the first impression is bad , the empty pub/ restaurant area is a shame to see and the was not great . The children park needs maintenance also some bits were dangerous . Some of the window catches are stuck closed so couldn’t open them in the case of a fire it would be dangerous. The shower knob was very hard to turn on and off husband had to turn it off because we couldn’t. The taps in bathroom sink need changing as they were very hard to turn too . Would not recommend staying here to anyone.

  The location was lovely, we were pleasantly surprised to find the lovely walks on the doorstep. We were a little disappointed to find that there was no tea, coffee or washing up liquid/sponges so ended up going to the shops to pick up essentials for our stay. The cleanliness of the property was ok but not to the standard expected especially if a pet cleaning fee is charged. However, this was a lovely week away and we loved the area! We were extremely lucky that we did not have guests either side of us until the last night as our dog is nervous and would likely not book again due being close to the neighbours with a reactive dog and guests next door being loud past 1am (this is a complete personal preference and we appreciate most dogs would not find this stressful!) Thank you for a lovely stay.

  Really enjoyed staying at Sea Breeze. Very near to the beach and great view over the chalet park. Did find the slope and the steps tough but did know about the steps beforehand. But if you are reasonably fit they just make you puff a bit. The chalet had a lovely seaside theme and looked very newly decorated. I took all my own cleaning stuff and bin bags but didn't need to as they were all supplied. There are also recycling bins at the back which were well used by us. We found the bedrooms a bit small but didn't spoil our stay. Plenty of board games and books to keep everyone entertained. Situated about a ten minute drive from Mumbles, but other attractions we visited were and hour to an hour and half drive away.

  It was ok for a short cheap couple of days.

  But, double bed was awful. I could feel every spring. Needs a proper clean in bathroom. Mouldy windows and round the toilet. Arrived in the dark, everything was pitch black, couldn't see any numbers - No directions to the bungalow - we drove round in the dark and I had to ask two people. We should have been told that the indoor pool was going to be closed for our stay when I booked it - not just an email a few weeks before. Paid extra to bring a (non shedding) dog but the place is absolutely tiny so paying so much for the apparent extra cleaning was ridiculous. Kids beds were comfortable and we appreciated all the blankets that were provided.

  Very well equipped chalet especially kitchen, living area and outside areas. Lovely decking area. Providing card/board games is a nice touch! Main bedroom not suitable for larger/not-so agile persons as bed very low and little room up the sides. Bath towels suitable for children but not big enough for adults. Roasting pans/pizza tray all dirty/greasy so not used as I am not doing other peoples washing up..... I'm on holiday! Main disappointment was that there was no "welcome pack" as stated in booking particulars of milk/tea etc. Good location near beach and coastal walks.
