  We enjoyed a week at Sea Breeze over Christmas 2024. 4 adults and 2 children. Sea Breeze did not disappoint. We enjoyed this spacious property which is well equipped having everything you need for a great stay. The Christmas decs were a perfect addition with great taste and ideal for our little ones. The beds were especially comfortable and the bedrooms really good size. House was lovely and clean on arrival and the stair gates were perfect to keep our adventurous 2 year old safe! Plenty of hot water and heating for the cold winter evenings. We all enjoyed lovely baths looking out to sea. The cabin in the garden (and its heating!) was a great addition, we enjoyed coffee and cake in there after a brisk walk along the beach most mornings! Beach is so easy to Access through the gate at the back of the garden. Great communication with the owners before our holiday too! Think we’ll be back!

  We had a fantastic stay, here at Sea Breeze. The house had everything we needed... and more! Beautiful views from the master bedroom (ignoring the building works, of course!) The garden is beautiful. We particularly liked the lockable gate to, and from, the pub/beach. A lovely local walk, past the beach huts, and down to the cannon, on the green. A short drive to Romney Marsh, Dungeness lighthouse and Power station, plus a lovely walk to see the sound mirrors and Denge (look for an open day when you can walk across the bridge and go up to the mirrors) We visited Hastings, Dover Margate, Canterbury, Dungeness, and Joss Bay, Broadstairs. Kent is beautiful. The welcome pack of goodies was amazing - the best we've had! We hope to return one day. Thank you.

  Sea Breeze is in a great location just yards from the beach where you can walk for miles. Spar shop a few minutes walk away and Sainsbury's a couple of minutes in the car. Property was very comfortable with plenty of room for a group of five. The new en suite bedroom was lovely and the 6 foot bed very comfortable. Our two grand children particularly liked the summerhouse and table tennis. The welcome pack was very much appreciated thank you.

  Property is in a good location with a Sandy beach beyond the garden. The tide does go out a long way but you can easily check from the upstairs windows when it’s in far enough if you plan to paddle or swim. Very well equipped kitchen. Plenty of garden furniture and great to have the table tennis table and table football. Good coastal path from property. Spar supermarket 2 mins walk away.

House was clean and well fitted out We had lovely weather so enjoyed the garden sitting out most afternoons after trips out. Dog thoroughly enjoyed his wals on the dines.
