We had a lovely stay.
Very beautiful and peaceful surroundings. The lodge itself is very well equipped and we didnt need to bring anything of our own regards kitchen equipment. The only reason I havent given the 5 stars is there are a few things in the lodge that could do with replacing and fixing but nothing that effected our stay. Also the hot tub had not been cleaned and had a thick layer of scum around the edge and dirt in the bottom. Also when we tested the water it had no chemicals in. Once we sorted that it was absolutely lovely and we spent lots time in it relaxing.

A lovely lodge, superbly equipped with all the comforts of home (and then some!
) In a quiet location for varied days out. Ideal for adults, the hot tub is a special touch and everything was clean and comfortable. The hangers for wetsuits/swimsuits was a nice touch! Very useful information provided about local attractions, places to eat and important contacts, should you need them. There are some books and games if you decide to stay 'home' for a day or two. And it's dog friendly! Highly recommended

Just a couple of minor things.
Firstly there is a carpet inside the lodge, by the entrance that was continually moving and creating a trip hazard. Secondly the curtains in bedroom needed blackout on them as when people went out for a smoke the light would shine into bedrooms. Apart from those issues it was a lovely lodge we had a lovely time, thank you also for the shopping you left for us regards Paul Richardson

Lovely lodge, well equipped and beautifully maintained.
The only problem for us was the incline in the path from the car park, not easy for 70 year olds. However, a small thing compared to the wonderful lodge. Would be nice to connect the aerial to the bedroom tv's, but all the smart tv features are available. The beds are comfortable, and really nice to have 2 bathrooms, and a real bath. The site lady was great and always helpful.

A stunning lodge, beautifully decorated and furnished, very comfortable, clean and with stunning views.
It would have been helpful to have been told the lodge number in addition to the name, which wouldâve made it a little easier to find. The info folder was a little brief and missed out some key info such as where to place the rubbish. We couldnât find the refuse bins. The Wi-Fi code was also not in the info folder. None the less a very relaxing and peaceful stay.
