  The barn conversion provides excellent and really comfortable accommodation. We really enjoyed our week's holiday here which was made all the more special with fresh flowers and Halloween decorations. Ample welcome pack of wine, milk, biscuits and cake was also much appreciated. We also really enjoyed using the indoor hot tub to relax in during the dark evenings of October. Property is very well placed to visit Snowdonia, North Wales coast, Llangollen and Chester and is only a 5 minute drive off the A55 North Wales Expressway, yet is in a very quiet and rural location. Owners are friendly and helpful. We have no hesitation in recommending this first class holiday accommodation - it is one of the best cottages we have ever stayed in.

  The barn conversion has been done to a very high standard. It was warm clean and we had everything we needed for our stay. The welcome gift was a bonus and greatly appreciated, the towels in both bathrooms were great size and quality, best we have had. The added touch of fresh flowers throughout the house was a lovely touch. We used the hot tub most days and it was very relaxing. I think I can say it was the best we had slept in a long time,so much so we didn't hear the milk tanker or the bin men. The calves were gorgeous too. Well worth a calm, relaxing and recuperating stay. Highly recommend.

  You must be very proud of your hard work, the barn is absolutely stunning. The cake was the nicest I've had and the fresh flowers were lovely - thank you! We've really enjoyed out holiday and getting to know this part of Wales and seeing the beautiful scenery. Well surpassed the average on my step counter - especially after going up Moel Famau! We thought we were privileged to see a calf only an hour old, but then we got to see one being born - an incredible experience. Thank you. You are such a lovely family, it has been great to stay here and we will take lots of happy memories home with us.

  Perfect, perfect, perfect. A wonderful warm welcome by a truly lovely family. The tour around was amazing, and the love for the cows shone through them all. We even got to meet little Meg what a little cutie! Every little detail is covered and the special touches of fresh flowers, cakes, welsh cakes and prosecco were awesome, thank you! We really don't want to leave! Every one of the 5 stars are well and truly deserved, and what a transformation from before to after to be so proud of.   Our best recommendation is that this is our second visit and as before Eryl and Rhian were lovely hosts. I forgot to specify how we wanted the second room set up and Rhian remembered how we were set up before and contacted me to ensure it was right, which was very thoughtful. The highlight has to be meeting the new calf that was born that morning at 2am as she was brought to the nursery. It is an excellent place to stay when exploring the area and the Cherry Pie Inn just down the road provides an excellent meal when you don't want to cook. Highly recommended.
