  We booked as a late break for our little boys 9th birthday.

  And we definitely picked the right place! It was absolutely fabulous. With only six pods on site, it was quiet and calming and such a beautiful location too. The pod was spotless and had great facilities with everything you needed inside. We routinely take our own pot washing items and kitchen roll, but only need the kitchen roll. We were short on pillows but this was fine as I'd brought my own so we shared between us. I'm sure that if we'd asked for an extra one that it would have be arranged, but we managed with what we had and it wasn't an issue. The site is just a short drive to Bridlington and various other areas for all of the necessities, fun and adventure. The games room was a really great touch and the goal posts in the field to the front of the pods really made our little boys day when we arrived. He was in his element. He was safe to wander and we knew he'd be okay. He loved seeing the animals and birds and being in nature in general. The hot tub was so nice and the site in general was wonderful. The fire pit/BBQ were so handy and it was nice that the wood wasn't an added extra like a lot of places. Things like that make a difference. We'll definitely look at going back again. We couldn't have found a better spot. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

  An absolute gem of a glamping pod.

  The pod was bigger than we expected and the site itself is brilliant. It’s very quiet and peaceful yet close enough to everywhere like Bridlington, Scarborough & Whitby to spend the days out. The obvious highlights of the pod are the fire pit & hot tub but I thought it was really good to have a smart TV with Netflix etc. It’s also worth mentioning that the WiFi & 5G signal are really strong again not what I was expecting. Waking up to chickens and Guineafowl never got dull. The owners appear to have thought of everything and more. They’re also on hand to give great advice on area, Rachel told us about Fraisthorpe beach - which we knew nothing about - and it was fantastic. What I liked is how much they clearly care about the pods but also how much they care about your vacation. My only recommendations are a firmer pillow (although we never struggled sleep) and I would have brought a camping chair (there’s plenty of seating though) just so I could sit under the stars for longer. Would highly recommend and we will be back - we also had a little dog with us who absolutely loved every minute of it. You’ve found it now get it booked.

  Last minute booking for 2 of us with our dog over Christmas.

  What a hidden gem this is. A cozy, warm cottage that had everything we needed nestled in a fantastic village. We arrived to find a welcoming home complete with Christmas tree, wine and mince pies. A very nice touch. We ventured to the local "Robin Hood" on the 1st night and were greeted with a warm welcome from both the owners/staff and also all of the locals. We had great food too. On Christmas Eve we chilled and relaxed in the cottage and took a dog walk around the beautiful village before returning to the pub again where our well behaved dog was made most welcome, once again enjoying great food and a welcoming atmosphere from a great community of people. We enjoyed another 2 nights in Middleton and much of the same with a trip into Beverly in-between. All in all, we had a fantastic break away and I look forward to returning again in the not too distant future. The owners have made a cracking job of their rental and I would highly recommend for anyone looking to kick back, relax but still have home comforts. We couldn't find fault. Thank you for our stay - greatly appreciated.

  We had a lovely stay at The White House - the property is very well equipped, with everything you’ll need for a comfortable few days away.

  It was lovely and warm, the kitchen had all the essentials, and the bed and bathroom were all great. The bottle of wine and biscuits were a lovely touch too! We took our spaniel, who had the run of a private yard - and enjoyed the complimentary dog treats very much! The hot tub was absolutely superb, in its own enclosed, secure area with easy access from the property - just a short hop across the private yard. It was very clean, warm and a perfect way to relax throughout the day. We made use of it at least twice a day and could have spent longer! There are a few walks straight out of the door which are handy for other dog owners. The village is very quiet and relaxed. We had a great time and can’t wait to plan another trip in future!

  This was a beautifully designed property with plenty of space for a family of four.

  It was neat, modern and welcoming. The kitchen was well kitted out and the beds were very comfortable. The location is lovely, right by the woods and fields, with the hot tub nicely placed to enjoy the views. The hosts were very helpful and on hand for any enquiries. It was useful to have 2 bathrooms and my only recommendation would be that they need a shower door. The children's bathroom especially flooded the floor and even part of their room with water as there was no barrier or shelving for drainage. It was cold weather but another comment is that an outdoor table would be ideal for summer, so you can sit and eat outside. We had a fantastic time and would definitely recommend these lodges!
