We will never be returning.
We have been charged £85 for apparently leaving the hot tub in a bad state. Pictures were provided which do not show any damage at all - they are just pictures of the filter which should clean the hot tub. There was also a 2 hour power cut which surprise surprise was failed to mention. Never returning and will be going to press and social media on this.

We really enjoyed our stay, the lodge is very tastefully docorated, comfortable and clean.
We enjoyed the hot tub and early evening sun on the decking. The setting is very peaceful yet close enough to walk into Bury St Edmonds which is a really nice place. The check in and out was very easy and we appreciated the bottle of wine on arrival. We would cetainly recommend this lodge and would visit again.

Such a well equipped and beautifully furnished lodge - it was just what we needed for a weeks escape.
Very comfortable and the hot tub was great! We didnât venture out that much as our plan was for rest and relaxation and the park did feel lovely and secluded. There isnât anything else on the park other than lodges which suited us for the week but plenty of places you can get to if you need/want to.

The floors are very dusty my socks would literally collect all the dust and the pillows in the lounge area are dusty as when I patted them so much dust came out they need to be cleaned as it trigged allergies other than this we enjoyed our stay at the lodge
