  We stayed at Little Tithe over New Year’s in a group of four adults and four children. It was a brilliant house for our purposes and we all had an absolute ball. The house is extremely well presented and felt very homely. The kitchen was incredibly well-stocked and had everything we needed and more! It’s a fantastic location in a beautiful area with Bourton House and Gardens less than 100m away as well as a short drive to various little towns and villages. Communication with the hosts was hassle-free and easy and they were always very fast to respond to any questions. They even sent us one of our daughter’s slippers (that we left there) in the post! Would highly recommend! A fantastic stay in an extremely well equipped and stunning house. Thank you for the lovely hamper and treats.

  This house is in a very good position for touring some of the many Cotswold attractions without having to travel too far each day.

  It is very well laid out in relation to rooms, bathrooms and facilities and is of a high standard. The household instructions were plentiful and clear, especially relating to the recycling. I found all that very useful. Ruskin House is on the High Street of a busy market town. It is slightly set back but there is some traffic noise even with the double glazing. In the attic room, there is one window which is single glazed ( I think an original window) which while it's quaint, does allow traffic noise to penetrate which I found disturbing, even though I actually live on a busy road so should be used to it! That said we did have a lovely time there.

  The property was presented very well.

  Very clean and had all the facilities we could need. It is very well situated in the village and Moreton in Marsh is an excellent central location in the Cotswolds to visit nearby villages and larger towns such as Stratford and Oxford (train link from the village station). We had great weather and the outside spaces were good for sitting and eating outside in the evening. The only thing that confused us was the arrangements for recycling and we ended up going to the Co-Op disposal bins. Overall excellent.

  We had a fabulous stay at Ruskin House.

  It is a beautiful property, extremely clean and with everything you need for a comfortable stay. It is more than spacious enough for the 6 adults we had staying here. It is also perfectly situated in Moreton-in-Marsh with everything on your doorstep; fantastic pubs and restaurants. I would definitely recommend this property and have every intention of staying there again next time we visit the Cotswolds! Thank you!
