  Well equipped and appointed property in great location . Very handy to have car parking. From the car park there is a slightly tricky walk through garden (two medium flights of steps and a slightly uneven path ). Easy walk (hilly but fine ) to Padstow. Very comfortable accomodation although there were a few teething problems: I arrived in the dark due to public transport issues and couldn’t easily find access which I also found tricky to negotiate as not well lit. Key safe hard to read with phone torch. Heating hadn’t been turned up and the welcome refreshments lacked milk. I think this was possibly an oversight ? The dishwasher didn’t work but caretaker was very helpful (Thankyou )! even though he couldn’t fix it. It was a very comfortable property, once warm, in a great location . If possible arrive in daylight as the access steps and garden path can be tricky to negotiate with bags in the dark .

  All in all it was just Fab.

  .. few little details... would be great to have heated towel rail as hard to get towels dry... spatula for frying pan... less noisy fridge (made some odd noises) and as in same room as bed it was slightly annoying... plus the clock was loud so i took battery out! (I'm extra sensitive and notice even the slightest noise)... The bed would I feel be better round the other way as it was quite dominating in the room although it was very comfortable, or even put a screen to divide... also bed was close to fire surround and stubbed toes several times, ok with cushion on floor... sofa not so comfortable, but we adjusted cushions slightly... would be handy to have a mat for boots by the doors... anyway, these are just me being extra picky, and the artist in me, but feel it would improve the stay even more

  The Well Top Apartment is a modern, well equipped apartment in a central location in Cornwall making visits to North and South Coast easy. We only saw the hosts on the day before last, which means everything was in order, but there was no added value from them either. There is no real place to sit outside the apartment (the space provided for that is also needed to park your car). But most serious setback is the noise of the nearby (100m) A389. Even in the middle of the night (and with closed windows in the apartment) there is never a moment that you don't here the noise of cars.

  We had a wonderful stay at Well Top Apartment. Our host greeted us on arrival making sure that we had all the information we needed. The apartment was in immaculate condition . The property is a short distance from Lanivet where there is a pub and fish and chip shop. The location is superb for visiting both the coast and countryside. The National Trust property Lanhydrock is only 2 miles away and well worth a visit. We would highly recommend this property and will be definitely booking again!

  A comformable, well equipped apartment for two, with parking an added bonus. Much closer to Padstow harbour and town than expected, only a short walk and not the steep hill expected when accessed by the front garden. Plenty of places to eat and shops for a bit of retail therapy. Rick Steins fish, and deli worth a visit and fish and chips delicious. Also handy for bike hire along the Camel Trail. Easy access for touring too.
