About this property

Tickencote is a single-storey lodge situated on the Barnsdale Lodge Hotel estate, engulfed by beautiful woodland scenery, on the outskirts of Oakham. Enjoy the open-plan living space which sweeps over a plush wooden floor, layered with contemporary color schemes and a quality finish. The bedrooms boast en-suite facilities and thoughtful décor making you feel right at home. Sit and relax out on the patio on a balmy afternoon and indulge with your favourite tipple, surrounded by your family and friends. Note: Property can be booked with Refs. 977692, 977696, 977700, 977704, 981543, 981544, 981545, 981547, 981548, 981549, 981550, 988524, 1091986 and 997416, together they can sleep up to 76 people.

Exton is set in the East Midlands county of Rutland. The Fox and Hounds public house overlooks the tree-planted green in the centre of the village. Oakham is the nearest town, boasting many pubs, bars and eateries, as well as shops. There is also a local history museum, a 12th century castle and a 14th century church. The Rutland Water Nature Reserve offers watersports, a water adventure park, birdwatching, a sailing club and fishing opportunities, with the Rutland Water Golf Course overlooking the lake.
