The nearby town of Keswick (7.5 miles) is filled with tourist attractions including museums and independent shops, as well as being the Adventure Capital of the Lakes with a local adventure centre on hand to facilitate a variety of adrenaline seeking activities. Head inside to first find a cloakroom space for kicking off walking boots and muddy outerwear.
