Reviewers frequently mention the spotless condition of the property, indicating a high standard of cleanliness that contributes to the overall comfort and appeal of the holiday rental.

The property's location is highly commended for being central and within easy walking distance to town amenities, restaurants, and natural attractions, making it an ideal base for exploring Ambleside and the Lake District.

The majority of guests find the property comfortable, with special mentions of the reclining couches and the garden. However, a few guests noted the bed was too firm for their liking, which slightly impacts the comfort score.

It was so very warm and cosy in an excellent central location. Kath (the owner) was super helpful over an issue with the WiFi. We are so looking forward to returning and would highly recommend.

One of the best showers we've had. Just found the bed a bit too hard for us but that is personal preference, maybe a mattress topper would be useful. Would highly recommend. Thank you for the welcome pack and milk. Will return.

In addition it has it's own off street private parking. It's just a real shame that the property is up for sale, this place was perfect for us. Many thanks to the current owner of this property for helping to provide us with 2 of the most memorable holidays we have ever had in this glorious part of the world.
