Guests that stayed at this property said

Reviewers consistently describe the apartment as spotlessly clean and immaculately maintained, indicating a very high standard of cleanliness that contributes significantly to the comfort and enjoyment of their stay.

The property is lauded for its peaceful setting by the river and proximity to local attractions and transport links. While some guests mention traffic noise, the location is generally considered ideal for exploring the southern Lake District.

Guests find the apartment comfortable, with special mentions of cosy furnishings, comfortable bedding, and the warmth of the property. The presence of balconies adds to the comfort, despite some comments about road noise.

The apartment's facilities are well-received, with guests appreciating the fully equipped kitchen, large TV with streaming services, and the overall modern amenities. The sensitivity of heat detectors is noted, but does not significantly detract from the high ratings.

Many reviews express gratitude for the thoughtful welcome gifts, such as biscuits, tea, and personalised cards. While these gestures are highly appreciated, it is politely noted that such gifts, though common, are not guaranteed for every stay.

! We will be looking to book again for 2025 as soon as possible because we love it! This was our first time staying in summer- the only feedback we could think of was a fan in the bedroom would be a great addition for the summer months.

It's clean and modern, yet homely enough for you to settle in quickly. It's got everything you could wish for. It's great for relaxing on the balcony watching the river go by, or as a spring board to the Lakes. I'd book again.

Great welcome pack. The setting is outstanding. Would definitely recommend and would stay again. Owners left lots of interesting information for things to do locally. They were very reassuring with contact numbers to use if assistance was required. Loved the personal welcoming card so many little touches.just helped to make it a special place to stay to relax and enjoy the Lake District.
