The lodge is frequently described as clean and welcoming. However, there are isolated reports of cleanliness oversights, such as muddy paw prints and a dirty hot tub cover, which slightly impact the overall impression.

Having the hot tub was great and this was well maintained. Had a lovely stay here and would recommend this to anyone thinking of a holiday here. The park grounds were also well looked after.

  • Helen

Scrapes everywhere, chipped cups, door handle in bathroom broken, mould in bath around the nonslip stickers.

  • Richard

A sofa with no legs for instances isn’t really acceptable. Kitchen units all show wear and tear no grill shelf for the oven, a broken cheese grater, no light in the fridge, bathroom door handle in need of a permanent repair, bathroom sink with an almost blocked drain, signs of mould, marked bath from removed antislip mats. Wardrobe doors that don’t slide. Individually all are understandable but collectively were a little disappointing.
