Here, you can enjoy the use of the heated pool in the depths of the winter, before striding out to explore the stunning setting.

Upon arrival, the scale of the rooms, their windows and the surrounds are immediately impressive. Further investigation reveals a formal dining room, a light airy sitting room, sunny conservatory and a country-style kitchen, all of which are on the ground floor. With so much space, Margaretta House is an excellent venue for celebrations.

Moving into the bedrooms, seven exceptional bedrooms have been prepared with fine white linens, each with their own styling, and all with wonderful full-length windows that provide views over the landscape. For those that require twin beds, two can be requested, just let us know when making the booking. Please note, one of the bedrooms is the garden annex. This is separate to the main house, but is only just across the dining terrace, adjacent to the indoor pool.

Outside, the unique nature of the property continues to impress, with a superb mix of formal lawns, tree-lined avenues, wildflower meadows, lakes and woodland. Each season will reveal hidden delights, with the ever-changing landscape continuously shifting from one season to the next. Margaretta House also boasts an indoor heated swimming pool, a hot tub and a dining terrace, making it the ultimate location for summer fun.

Two well-behaved dogs welcome (small additional charge).

A mixture of synthetic and feather bedding is provided.

Indoor heated swimming pool and hot tub are available from November 2024. The rate is heavily discounted to reflect this.

Two of the bedrooms can be made into twin beds, please request this at the time of booking.
