Harbour Lights House is a well-received cottage in Seahouses, praised for its superb sea views, comfortable and well-equipped interiors, and ideal location for exploring Northumberland's coast. Guests appreciate the powerful showers, ample hot water, and the cosy atmosphere during stormy nights. The proximity to local amenities and historical sites adds to its charm, despite some minor maintenance issues and cleanliness oversights.
The property generally maintains high standards of cleanliness, with guests noting a superb job done by cleaners. However, there were isolated incidents of overlooked areas, such as cobwebs and a peanut under the table, which slightly mar the overall impression.
The location is highly praised for its proximity to the sea, local pubs, restaurants, and historical sites. The scenic views and easy access to the beautiful Northumbrian coast are frequently mentioned as highlights.
Guests find the house comfortable, with a special mention of the pleasant sitting room and the cosy atmosphere during inclement weather. The layout is suitable for both families and couples, contributing to a relaxing stay.
The house is well-equipped, with a particularly well-appointed kitchen. However, some guests noted the need for minor repairs and additional seating in the living area, suggesting room for improvement in facilities and maintenance.
There is no mention of gifts or special touches that would indicate thoughtfulness from the hosts. Therefore, it is not possible to provide a score in this category.

Just a short walk to pubs, shops, harbour and fabulous Smokehouse. Liked having kitchen and living area at first floor level - roomy, airy open plan space. Only downside is narrow entrance to courtyard which is awkward for large vehicles but we would love to return one day.
