This beautiful, easy-access, ground floor property is warm, light and airy with wood flooring throughout and benefits from excellent sea views. Enter the main building via a security-protected door to find the apartment's front door. Head into the hallway where you will find plenty of storage space for your coats and shoes. The tastefully furnished lounge offers wonderful sea views from the large, patio door and windows. There are two high-quality, comfortable sofas to relax on after your activities in the fresh air, and a Smart TV for family movie nights indoors. At the other end of the hallway, the contemporary kitchen/diner is a joy to be in with attractive granite worktops, gloss finish cabinets and everything you need to prepare your meals and drinks. The dining table is positioned next to the French doors with seating for four so you can enjoy inside/outside living in the warmer months. The utility cupboard located in the hall houses a washing machine and clothes airer. At bedtime, there are two well-presented bedrooms, each with a Smart TV, plenty of storage space and a generous en-suite. The twin bedroom overlooks the rear patio with zip-and-link beds which can be made up as a super-king-size on request and the en-suite has a large shower and WC. The king-size bedroom at the front has a sea view, and the en-suite comprises a bath, a separate shower and WC.
Outside at the rear of the property, there is a small, enclosed patio with garden furniture where you can dine alfresco and, at the front, there is a bench seat accessed via the lounge door, perfect for a morning coffee watching the sunrise over the sea.
