The Bothy was very clean & comfortable but some areas looked a bit worn.

The Bothy, although a little quirky, is well set out and is well equipped. The location is excellent and Lytham is just stunning. If we had to make a suggestion it would be to provide a gate for the bottom of the stairs with the stairs been open from kitchen/lounge it would stop our fury friends from going up.

Some of the rugs and furnishings were a little worn but acceptable as there is clearly a high turnover of visitors with dogs. Only cleanliness quibble was the shower head which needed a good clean (which we did)! Just something to keep an eye on. I would highly recommend as everything in Lytham is on your doorstep.
