This delightful Derbyshire village sits peacefully in between the Hill and Sydnope Dales - hence its name. Two Dales, neighbouring the town of Darley Dale, is a small yet well-stocked village which provides The Plough Inn pub serving food, a supermarket, a Post Office, garden centre and a butchers to name a few of its quaint amenities. From here you can walk into the awe-inspiring Peak District National Park, you will discover incredibly beautiful countryside, rivers and lakes as well as charming towns and villages and the stately homes of Haddon Hall and Chatsworth House. The market town of Bakewell is easily accessible and boasts a fine selection of shops and eateries, closer by is the attractive spa town of Matlock, both of these make for delightful days out.
