Guests say

Lavender Lodge is highly praised for its beautiful decoration, cleanliness, and peaceful setting. Guests appreciate the well-equipped space and the lodge's suitability for family stays. While some minor issues with bed comfort and shower temperature control were noted, the overall experience is positive, with many guests planning to return.

The lodge is consistently described as clean and well-presented, with only a minor mention of cobwebs on the balcony. The high standard of cleanliness contributes positively to the guests' experiences.

The location is appreciated for its peacefulness and suitability for family holidays, with easy access to local attractions. However, some guests were misled by the property's presentation and had issues with parking.

The lodge is generally found to be comfortable and homely. However, several guests mentioned that the single beds were too small for adults and the double bed's comfort was inconsistent, affecting the overall comfort score.

Facilities are well-regarded, with the lodge being well-equipped and the holiday park offering amenities like a gym and restaurant. Issues with WiFi and shower temperature control were noted, slightly diminishing the score.

While the reviews reflect a positive experience, there is no mention of gifts or special touches that would indicate thoughtfulness. Therefore, this category cannot be scored.

It could improve in essentials, I.e. extra toilet rolls, sponge with basic dishwasher liquid. The shower in the main bathroom doesn't work- the waterbis either very cold or burning hot-this was a bit uncomfortable for us as we had to use the electric shower, and for a family with 6 members was a bit annoying and rushed. Our kids loved the tennis pitch, exploring the surroundings and especially the outdoor chess. Overall, we will definitely go back and already recommend to friends.

Really clean and well decorated. Just one slight issue was the showers fluctuating hot and cold. Apart from that I would definitely recommend.
