Arrive at your sunny little haven and step inside to be greeted into the most welcoming space. The open plan living area provides a cosy sitting room to the right of the stairway and a beautifully presented kitchen/dining area to the left. Designed with pops of yellow, the sitting area is a bundle of happiness. Soak up countryside views from the comfy sofa, or put your feet up and warm your toes beside the fire after a winter's walk. The spacious kitchen is perfect for prepping family brunches or a romantic dinner for two, to be enjoyed at the lovely dining table, offering seating for up to four guests. Pop on the Ruark radio or connect to the bluetooth speaker and listen to your favourite playlist.The kitchen also has the added luxury of a Nespresso-style coffee machine and a handy slow cooker.
Retreat upstairs to find the twin bedroom to the left, king-size bedroom to your right and the delightful family bathroom ahead. The twin room offers two comfy single beds, whilst the main bedroom hosts a sumptuous king-size bed, promising sweet slumbers. All beds are adorned with soft Egyptian cotton and cloud-soft duvets. The family bathroom provides a rejuvenating space to freshen up after a day full of adventures. There’s a walk-in shower, wash basin, WC, heated towel rails and a relaxing jacuzzi bath.
Revel in sun-soaked mornings in your idyllic south-facing courtyard garden, where alfresco brunches are simply a must. Step out with your morning brew and enjoy those first few moments of sunlight, as lambs prance in the fields beyond. Blackberry Barn warmly invites your furry friends to come along for the adventure. You’ll find a delightful doggy welcome pack upon arrival and plenty of facilities that your four-legged friend will adore. Including a doggy agility area, enclosed fields, heated dog wash and 34 acres of blissful countryside and woodland to be explored.
Blackberry Barn is situated on the site of Old Lanwarnick Cottages, settled peacefully between Liskeard and Looe. Here, you have access to some wonderful shared facilities and areas, as well as your own private space to enjoy. There’s the added luxury of a bubbling hot tub, which you can book private slots for so you're not disturbed, sun-drenched gardens, a communal gym, pavilion seating area atop a hill with stunning valley views and a cornhole and swing ball set up. Children will love playing on the swings before fending off imaginary giants and building dens amongst the wilderness. Or why not pack up a picnic to enjoy down by the babbling stream. You’ll also be able to spot a variety of wildlife here, as well as saying hello to the resident chickens and ducks. There are also two bike sheds for storing your bikes. For the ultimate self-care experience, book a spa treatment in the comfort of your holiday home, directly through the owner with the visiting therapist.
Please note, the beauty of Old Lanwarnick is shared with five other cottages on site; Honey Pot, Spice Barn, Rainbow Cottage, Hob Nob and The Old Farmhouse. The hot tub is shared between four of the cottages, but you can book a private slot so you won't be disturbed.

The hot tub is shared with Honey Pot, Spice Barn and Rainbow Cottage. You can book private slots through the owner, so you aren’t disturbed.
The gym, pavilion seating area and communal gardens are shared facilities with the other cottages on site.
Please be aware of the uncovered pond in the communal gardens and supervise children at all times.
