Nestled on the cliff above the village, the property boasts splendid sea views, and with four bedrooms and three bathrooms it is ideal for a large family holiday. The interior of the house is light and modern; a spacious kitchen/diner contains all the amenities required for a week of self-catering, and two sitting rooms and a sun lounge provide ample space for the whole family to relax in style. Port Isaac; one of the true Cornish treasures. The sandy harbour provides an abundance of rock pools as the tide retreats. Only ten minutes drive from the beaches of Polzeath, Daymer and Rock, it is perfect for romantic and family holidays alike. Sadly limited view to sea as requires some hedge cutting!! TV set up needs updating (no smart tv), current TV screen very temperamental! Also just to note the back garden is fully enclosed for a dog but the front garden is not and this is where the sea views are (when you can actually see them) and the best outside seating area is.

A number of tiles up to and on the patio are loose and potentially dangerous. That said, the location and sea view are wonderful and the view could be made even better with some judicious hedge trimming. Inside is mostly comfortable; outside furniture could be updated. The shower door in the en-suite needs fixing as does the towel rail in the downstairs shower room. Generally ok but not a premium listing.

Beds are not good, mattresses need replacing with better quality pocket spring mattresses Bed linens are good and kitchen is well equipped. Cooker is a little old. Indoor furnishings are good and comfortable . Outdoor tables and chairs are old and in need of a deep clean. Better to replace them with more durable outdoor table & chairs. Hedge needs a trim to improve the view to the sea. Plants over hanging the drive need to be cut back to better allow cars to park. Adequate parking for 2 cars. Overall a very good house in an excellent location. We very much enjoyed our stay.
