Very cosy, comfortable in every detail (beds, bed linen, pillows, towels!), lovely living room with smart tv, well equipped kitchen. Everything that we needed for our holiday! Carbis Bay is wonderful! And the easy access by train to St Ives just made our days to explore the town perfect! Weâd love to come back!! The only snag we found was the family bathroom shower, with low pressure making hard to control, either scalding hot or too cold. And the ensuite shower hose was leaking. Apart from that everything was just great and we had a wonderful time. Thank you for letting this beautiful home! Sonia

Very well equipped and immaculately clean. The property is just a short walk to Carbis Bay station, has a beautiful beach down the hill and is a perfect base to explore West Cornwall. I would not hesitate to recommend this property.

Comfortable beds and very dog friendly! We would love to stay here again. Great access for the branch line train to St Ives. One thing for other guests ⦠do your homework on dog friendly Cornish beaches. Seasonal restrictions apply and Carbis bay is one of them!! So the beach in walking distance to the property is restricted.
