A brilliant family house. Very good position and the most amazing outlook. We hope we will be able to come again.

Its location alone is just perfect, right on the front with fantastic views of the bay across to Pentire and Stepper points with immediate access to the coastal footpath into Polzeath itself just 200 yds away. The accommodation is huge, even with 12 of us staying the house felt empty, the facilities are excellent with a complete range of appliances to meet all needs and an ensuite for every bedroom. Plenty of activities available to suit the needs of all ages, an exercise and games room, pool table and table tennis and a plunge pool which is much more than just that. Just about everything was catered for and for a three generation family gathering we couldn't have asked for more.
