Perfect location. Spectacular views. John bray never fails us and we are looking forward to our next visit in Easter 2026. We have stayed in three John Bray properties in recent years in polzeath and every one has been totally different but equally high quality making it a joy to look forward to our next visit to find our next perfect holiday house.

The house itself is lovely, but the sofa is dirty and so uncomfortable to sit on. The work tops in the kitchen wasnât very clean and I had to wipe over them. The balcony has all green mould, which should have been cleaned or painted and new tableâs as they are rusty. The garden furniture on the terrace hadnât even been put in place round the table. If I had paid budget prices I would expect it, but I didnât, so would expect everything to be pristine. Regardless of these disappointing issues, we still had a fabulous week and the property was in an excellent position.

We had a fabulous stay and would definitely return to this property .
