Guests say

12 Mill Green is a well-regarded cottage in Lyme Regis, praised for its superb location, comfortable furnishings, and thoughtful touches like a welcome bag. Guests appreciate the sun-trap garden, quality appliances, and the convenience of a parking space. While some minor maintenance issues were reported, the overall sentiment is highly positive, with many guests planning return visits.

The property generally receives high marks for cleanliness. However, there were isolated incidents of a full bin and a dirty BBQ, which suggest room for improvement. The majority of guests did not raise cleanliness as an issue.

The location is consistently praised for being quiet yet within a short walk to the town centre and beach. The private parking is frequently mentioned as a significant benefit.

Guests find the beds comfortable and the cottage cosy, especially highlighting the garden as a perfect spot for relaxation. Some guests mentioned thin pillows and small duvets, but these were minor points within overall positive feedback.

The property is well-equipped with high-quality furnishings and appliances. Some guests encountered issues with maintenance, such as loose toilet seats and a problematic key safe, but these were addressed promptly. The lack of a bannister was a concern for safety.

The property provides thoughtful touches like a welcome bag, games, and eco-friendly products. However, as gifts like the welcome bag are not consistently mentioned across reviews, it cannot be guaranteed for future guests.
