Very comfortable property and very well equipped. Perfect location for exploring the local area with lots of lovely walks right on your doorstep plus all the amenities that Southwold town has to offer. Bonus to the property is having it's own car parking space as it does get very busy even in the October half term and weekends. 2nd stay at Tradewinds and looking forward to our next visit.

Very disappointing. Overall a very tired & musty smelling property which requires time spent on both general decoration & refurbishment to bring it up to the standard expected for the cost of renting this property. A great shame as in a very good location in a lovely seaside town.
