Some guests mentioned a welcome pack, adding a touch of thoughtfulness to their stay.
Guests consistently describe the property as clean and well-presented, with modern bathrooms and a tidy garden. One mention of a slow-draining shower suggests a minor issue, but overall, the cleanliness is highly regarded.
The property's location is frequently highlighted as a major plus, with its short walk to the beach and proximity to local attractions. It is described as ideal for both beachgoers and those looking to explore the Gower area.
The comfort of the beds and the spaciousness of the property are often mentioned. However, some guests found the sofas low and uncomfortable, which slightly impacts the overall comfort score.

Amazing location for local beach - only 5 min walk. Bedrooms great size especially main with en-suite. Comfortable kitchen/diner and lounge. Beware that sofa is quite low.
Ms Thornton
Clean and cosy house in a great location close to Oxwich beach. The kitchen at Netherend was well-equipped with plenty of cupboard-space, and there were two dishwashers! We really enjoyed the lovely hot showers and comfy beds, however the sofa is very low. Our dogs appreciated popping into the garden, but there are gaps in the hedge so would not be secure for smaller or more adventurous dogs. Such a delight to be able to walk on Oxwich beach every day!

Netherend is in the perfect location, walking distance to the beach and a short drive to many of the tourist spots in Gower. It’s a very comfortable home with all the amenities you could ask for , not to mention the most cosy beds I think we’ve ever slept in!
