Guests say

Cae’r Ffynnon is a well-loved cottage praised for its peacefulness, stunning views, and wildlife. Guests enjoyed the beautiful sunsets, the proximity to activities, and the cosy atmosphere. The garden and BBQ added to the outdoor experience, though some noted water pressure issues and kitchen equipment needs.

Guests that stayed at this property said

The cottage is generally described as clean and tidy. However, one review mentioned dirty pans and peeling non-stick surfaces, suggesting room for improvement.

The location is highly praised for its beautiful scenery, quietness, and privacy, with easy access to local attractions. The views of the Menai Strait and proximity to both Anglesey and Snowdonia are particular highlights.

Most guests found the cottage comfortable, with cosy heating and comfy beds. The spaciousness and quietude contributed to the comfort level, although the late check-in time was a minor inconvenience for one guest.

Facilities are generally good, with a well-equipped kitchen and efficient heating. However, some guests noted a lack of kitchen instruments, water pressure issues, and a non-functioning wood burner, indicating some maintenance is required.

There is no mention of gifts or special touches that would indicate thoughtfulness from the hosts. Therefore, it is not possible to provide a score in this category.

Cottage is both spacious and cosy with fabulous views. Great location for exploring Snowdonia and Anglesey and short 10 min drive to Bangor with many supermarkets and shops. We loved the sheep and cows in surrounding fields. Lovely walks from the doorstep. We were all sad to leave at the end of the week.

Beautiful location overlooking Anglesey and the sea. Comfortable cottage with good facilities. Great location for exploring all the area has to offer but remote enough for a very peaceful break. Our only disappointment was the 5 pm check in which we didn’t realise when we booked.

We enjoyed our stay in this lovely cottage. Fantastic views. Didn't like the single track roads.
