The property is consistently described as well-equipped, with ample kitchenware and entertainment options. Some minor criticisms include the size of the en-suite and the condition of certain kitchen items, but overall, the facilities are highly regarded.
Guests appreciate the thoughtful extras provided, such as welcome packs and detailed communication from the owners. While these gifts enhance the experience, it is noted that such personal touches, though likely, are not guaranteed for every stay.

It was very clean, comfortable and spacious. We all slept well as the beds were comfy and the bedrooms were well designed. My son enjoyed the TV in the master bedroom and my daughter and her partner loved the en-suite facilities in their bedroom. The kitchen was amazing and we had a welcome pack plus all the little things that you need on holiday such as washing up liquid, dishwasher tablets and washing machine capsules. It was all very thoughtfully provided and care and consideration has been given to making sure that guests were well catered for. We loved the garden too and enjoyed sitting out on the patio on the garden furniture provided. All in all, we can 100% recommend this delightful holiday home for a very happy stay here.

Lots of facilities and fantastic area to explore. Our bed was not comfortable- this was also the feedback from the others staying in the property. We felt the mattresses could do with an upgrade.

Communication with the owner was excellent throughout with guidance notes provided at the property should we have needed them. The property is ideally located for easy access to all the attractions in North Wales as well as being really convenient to seaside locations. Hopefully we'll be back at some point in the future. Thanks for a memorable stay.
