I would like to recommend this property.
However, when we arrived in January the temperature in the property was 16C. The heating is set to a cost-saving timer (that can't be overridden) and so the property never got above 18C. We raised our concerns with BestofSuffolk and it took nearly 2 days for it be resolved. The owner could have easily switched the heating on but insisted on not doing so until we raised the issue for a 3rd time. I would not stay in this property from Oct to March, as you will be cold. Bestofsuffolk where very poor in handling the issue and dealing with an owner that is more interested in saving money than giving a good experience to their customers.

We booked this accommodation as we were attending a wedding at the country club that our son was not invited to. This was perfect location next door meaning our son could be on site with his grandparents while we were at wedding but still close by to check on him. Perfect location in a stunning place. Easy access to beach was great with our son. And lovely walks from the doorstep. The car was only used once during our week stay.

We utterly loved the property.
The location, the parking, the detail within, it fitted our needs brilliantly and is the perfect location to go out and explore the historical importance of the area. Having said that, we did spend alot of the time in, just sitting listening to the sea. An amazing week, would certainly recommend.

It’s lovely apartment with lovely location:) only one comment, that over the top of two single beds were heavy original oars, where I felt not very safe for a child as they can pul them and after some time they can course accident, I would prefer to place them not directly above the beds, thanks
