  Property is generally well maintained.

  The main living space is lovely and filled with light. The mezzanine floor is excellent and comfortable including the sofa. The Sofa in main living area is uncomfortable though and not suitable for someone with a bad back . Main bedroom is a reasonable size and the en-suite is large. There were some problems when we arrived. After an almost 5 hr journey through a storm we arrived unscathed. It was just slow going. However … the storm had caused some issues There was no bedding in the main bedroom. No toilet paper anywhere or toilet cleaner. The toilet in the en-suite apeard to be dirty with limescale. Tried using the toilet brush but needed lime scale remover. The other 2 bathrooms were ok but no toilet paper. There was a message on my mobile about the bedding. I called at least twice but there was no helpful advice and then the office closed. If I had taken the kids with me I’d have phoned the emergency line. Found the what’s app and left a message asking to be contacted and left photos. We provide our own toilet paper and made improvised bedding. In the morning someone got in touch and bedding was provided :) Feels like the lessons learnt here is to have emergency provisions on site so they can give someone instructions on how to access emergency items in case of issues. There was no follow up to check everything was sorted. Except for this feedback request. Property has good views and was otherwise nice to be in. Excellent location.

  Lovely relaxing surprise weekend break, with friends for my husbands birthday. I chose Southwold as I knew he would enjoy the local ales and a brewery tour. The property was perfect for two couples. The living area was spacious giving us lots of room to enjoy the xbox and have a jigsaw on the go too. The two large sofas are comfortable and give plenty of space to curl up under the quality throws to watch a late night film. Both bedrooms had comfortable double beds and the shared bathroom had a powerful shower. The one drawback to the property is only having one loo but for a couple of nights it's fine as long as you remember to ask the rest of your party if they need the bathroom before taking a shower. The coffee machine was great with some local Adnams coffee from the shop over the road. The location can not be faulted, perfect access to local pubs, restaurants and the brewery! Thank you for the lovely cake, it was very much appreciated by all. Staff were very welcoming at the office and allowed us access to the property as it was ready prior to check-in time. The office is conveniently placed in Southwold meaning that we were able to park up and not drive again for the whole weekend.

  Fantastic location across the road from the beach and in between the pier and high street area; parking was pretty busy on the beach road but we always managed to find somewhere close. We had seen a number of comments about the scaffolding outside of the apartment blocking the view but not sure what view it was blocking aside from a small restriction out of one of the bedroom windows, so we were happy that we had took a chance and ignored this as we didn't consider this to be a problem at all. Inside the apartment was a great size, particularly the living room and kitchen / dinning area - very light and airy. This was our first time visiting Southwold and the Suffolk coast area and would not hesitate in staying here again, particularly if we get the same weather!!!

  We would recommend this property as being modern in design, clean inside and conveniently positioned for the town's many facilities and attractions.

  As a second/third floor accommodation it would not suit those with mobility issues. Most of the adjacent properties are similar lets and so your little community are all doing similar things. The kitchen has the necessary appliances for those who wish to cook; be aware there is little counter top or cupboard space (as is the way with holiday lets). We would recommend both the town and the accommodation. The bed is large and comfortable, with good clothes storage. The bathroom is modern and easy to use. There are adequate cushions to take to the top floor and it is a peaceful and private place to sit for breakfast or in the evening; the roof area is not regularly cleaned (birds are a local issue).

  The apartment was even better than the pictures on the website suggest. It was modern, clean, comfortable and well equipped. The location was very convenient for town and the parking space was ideal being so close to the property. It was very quiet inside and we enjoyed being opposite the park and being able to play table tennis most days. Less able people might struggle with the number of steps up to the apartment and then the steps inside the apartment as they are steep and wooden so you need to take care not to slip. It is the nicest place we have stayed in Southwold and would return again assuming the price is affordable.
