  My mum and I enjoyed our stay at the cottage - it was a last minute booking and, to be honest, the bungalow does not have a lot of “kerb appeal” on the website. However, in the flesh it was much better with gorgeous views over farmland (no smells) to the front and the interior was well equipped with some good quality beds and furnishings. The welcome pack included wine, beer and a lovely cake. Reedham is a nice village with a couple of unusual bridges and a nice pub, the Ship, serving tasty food. We found we could get to where we wanted to go; be aware it takes about 10-12 minutes to get to/from the A 47. The area is handy for the Broads and Norwich. The train station is a short distance down the road (no noise) so you could have a car free trip if you are able to walk a bit.

  Bungalow set in a lovely location with views across the marsh. Sitting outside, at the front ,watching the sun go down was a delight. The accommodation is only a short walk to the Broads where there are two good public houses facing the water. Enjoyed our evening meals outside by the boats. The bungalow is very comfortable with a simple furnishing but with everything needed for a relaxing stay. There's a good sized enclosed garden at the back for any pooches to run about. Definitely would return for another visit some time.

  Fantastic property to have a break. Super clean on arrival. Very well equipped, even knife sharpener and kitchen scales. Washing machine and dishwasher present. Lovely view out of the lounge window across the fields. Property very cosy, and was a joy to return to each day after exploring the area. If you have a dog it would be great as the garden is securely fenced. Rachel is a good host and dealt with our queries in a timely manner. We would use this property again without any hesitation.

  We had a lovely stay at cornfield bungalow, it had everything we needed. We found the memory foam bed very comfortable. Lovely village location looking out over the broads. Nice big garden which is secure for dogs. It’s about a 30 minute drive into Norwich, 35 mins to Horsey gap beach or Winterton beach, both are lovely beaches. We would definitely stay here again.

  Cornfield is a lovely bungalow, spacious , comfortable and beautifully presented. Our dog loved the garden, it was a shame the weather didn't allow us to enjoy it as much! The welcome treats were also the best we've ever had , wine, chocolates and a Victoria sponge worthy of the British bake off, thank you very much Rachel Holt . Jane, Paul and May Blanche.
