The good: - Great location for Malham and the Pennine Way - Lots of space in living areas and two of the bedrooms - Clean The bad: - Lacking some basics (scissors in the kitchen; saucepans big enough to cook basics for 4) - Very small and compromised bathrooms - In poor state of repair in places (large glass shower door held on with silicone, and fell off; bad smell from drains; TVs in bedrooms not working) - Layout of outdoor space leads to a total lack of privacy in garden (which is shared with the neighbouring cottage). For example, the Hot Tub is placed just a few feet from the one belonging to the neighbouring cottage, meaning no privacy if the neighbours use theirs at the same time. (Especially so if you have neighbours who spend their time smoking, drinking, swearing, shouting and arguing in the hot tub!) We eventually cut our stay short and came home a day early. The owner did offer a partial refund, reflecting some of these issues, but this has never materialised and he has since stopped answering messages asking him to honour his promises.

Very well equipped ground floor flat (a few steps up from the pavement). The property is just a small and very quiet road across from the beach, with steps down to reach miles of golden sandy beaches. There are three islands directly opposite/near the flat - one is Caldey Island -- you can visit the monastery there and look round the island by boat from Tenby. Stunning views. You can park on The Paragon, which is the quiet road the flat is on. The road is mostly used by people going to the beach. The flat has secondary glazing, so you don't hear much of what's going on outside. Comfortable extra large double bed in a very spacious bedroom. Also a twin room, which has less room, but which was fine. Small balcony outside the twin room. The area is stunning and Tenby is a busy little place, with a good variety of shops (Tesco Extra, Sainsburys, WH Smith, Boots and lots of independent shops). Short walk to the shops - maybe 3 minutes. Recommend this comfortable, spacious flat, which was immaculately clean. Thanks for a great holiday.

Amazing apartment, fantastic sea views from all windows which are large, spacious airy rooms, spotlessly clean, excellent quality equipment and furnishings, lots of little extras for comfort like a fan in each bedroom, small radio, lots of books, games and dvds in the lounge, large tv with lots of channels provided, very comfy beds and sofas, apartment very close to shops, restaurants, coffee shops, beaches, all around a 20 min walk and one of our party is less able but still managed to walk to everything and back. Definately one of THE best if not the best holiday property we have stayed in and Tenby is just beautiful and, for dog owners which we are, VERY dog friendly. The property was amazing. The best we have stayed in . The communication with Powells was very good with messages and texts however my car number plate was taken down by a lady on the phone. When details can through of parking permit I changed my number plate. One letter was wrong. I was really worried that I would get a ticket so I put the permit and a written note to the parking attendant as to why the permit was wrong. I did ring powells and the lady agreed it had been taken down wrong and she could see I had updated it on the website link. She said she would ring the tenby council and explain the situation and get back to me. She never did. No phone call no message. Not great service if you have a problem! Otherwise everything was good

A Lovely Property in a beautiful location was our first impression on the website and in person. All in all, it is a very clean property with clean linen and bathrooms. However the practicalities of the property leaves a bit to be desired once you scratch the surface. To offer a property for 6 people is a little bit over ambitious as the ensuites are very tiny and hard to navigate around. The kitchen isn't equipped enough to accommodate 6 people, for instance 3 coffee cups only. Kitchen is in need of some attention as doors and drawers don't fit properly and lack of blinds at the kitchen windows means the cottage at the side can easily overlook this property.
