  Lovely apartment with tasteful decorations and furnishings.

  My wife loved a certain chair so much she spent nearly a whole day in it on our lazy day. Perfect amount of natural light coming in through the windows with the option to draw the blinds if you wanted. My wife insists I mention here that the bathroom has a bidet installed which functions exactly like those in her home country of Finland, very important since not too many places in the UK have them. Which I'll admit that it does make a big difference. Something that cannot go unsaid is that the location is literally perfect as a homebase for exploring the local area. Right next to what I'd call the primary bus stop for the town where you can hop onto a bus and get to anywhere nearby. A minute walk away from the local tram that goes to the summit of the mountain nearby. A 2-3 minute walk away from the beach and pier. Plenty of places to dine in or take food away nearby as well, with a sainsbury's just around the corner as well if you are in need of any little bits and pieces. Not to forget that it's about a 5-8 minute walk to the nearby cable cars which also go up to the summit of the mountain as well (just bring cash!). Conwy castle is easy to reach with the nearby bus stop having multiple buses that stop outside the castle too. Last but not least the host is very attentive and polite. Was always happy to answer my questions if I needed to call. Me and my wife stayed for a week and it was a lovely get away. Couldn't recommend more, especially for the price. An absolute steal!

  This place is discussing, human hair and left fruit in the fridge.

  The photos do not represent the actual property. No parking available, beds squashed into a tiny room! bins all over the tiny terrace garden the looked so much bigger on the photos. Discarded cigarettes and lighter! Do not book here, we had to walk out after 1 hour, 100’s of flys in living room. Owner has refused to refund or compensate. Paid £831 for 4 days, stayed 1 hour and had to pay £558 for a hotel. All our food went off due to no fridge. Highly recommended you DO NOT EVER book this DUMP!! Sykes have been really unhelpful, won’t return calls or back us in this situation. Used Sykes for years won’t be using them ever again. The Owner also went back and took photos after we submitted our photos after claiming it was clean, they obviously went in to clean. How dishonest! Absolutely gutted our holiday was ruined we retuned home the next day.

  Mixed thoughts.

  The location is the main advantage of this property as it is close to the vibrant town centre. This also brings a couple of problems. The traffic noise is a problem and the speed of the traffic up and down the road is worrying. As you step out of the front door onto the pavement you have to watch out for cars squeezing past each other on the pavement. The second problem is noise from people shouting as they walk home from their night out. The television is a nightmare to use and the microwave has seen better days. Having said all that, the house has a certain charm and was clean and had everything you could want on holiday. Would I stay here again...No, but I still enjoyed my stay.

  We stayed at Downtown Manhattan House for 3 nights.

  The apartment was wonderful. Immaculate and very tastefully furnished. High end fixtures and fittings. It had everything you could possibly need. It looked brand new as everything was so pristine. Perfect in every way ! The owner, Richard, had thought of everything to make the accommodation as welcoming and comfortable as possible. He was super friendly and helpful. The welcome pack and toiletries were a nice touch. We really enjoyed our stay there and would highly recommend this accommodation. We couldn’t fault it at all.

  Lovely property.

  Well equipped kitchen - the fact that there’s a full size fridge freezer , as opposed to a small freezer box , was very much appreciated . Only small downside was that the heavy metal gate across the driveway needed to be closed to have an enclosed garden for the dog. We had two cars and you couldn’t close the gate if one party was out in their car - the road was too busy to stop and open the gate . Minor inconvenience given the excellent location and great accommodation . Would hope to be back next year .
