Right on the edge of the Malvern Hill in Herefordshire, the pretty market town of Ledbury is a lovely place for a staycation. Ideal for a cottage holiday you can relax here and enjoy a wealth of local walks.

On a stroll around Ledbury you can't miss the Grade I Listed Market Hall which still hosts a market on Tuesdays and Saturdays. The town has a lovely feel to it and there are plenty of small shops and good places to eat. From here it is easy to venture out into the Malvern Hills. They have been designated as an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, and we can certainly see why. It's a lovely place for walking, cycling and enjoying a picnic.

We had a fabulous time - the accommodation was stunning along with the beautiful scenery.

We really enjoyed our stay. We very extremely lucky that no one else was staying on site in the other properties. Iâm not too sure I would have enjoyed it as much, as I do feel the properties are too close and sharing the facilities with others could have been challenging if there were larger families, as it was only my partner and I staying: I think we would have been disappointed if we couldnât use the pool and the outdoor facilities which is reflected in the price. I would highly recommend the property - it has been decorated to high spec and exceptionally clean. The grounds are well maintained and the views are stunning. Sarah and Gavin work extremely hard managing the properties and grounds. We will definitely return. Thank you.

!! Absolutely stunning!! Lovely location close to lots of walking routes. Heated indoor swimming pool a bonus. Eight adults stayed - plenty of room and great entertainment space. All mod cons ...even down to dishwasher tablets !! A lovely gesture of a home made Victoria sponge cake on arrival. Place was kept immaculately clean and the grounds were also kept clean and tidy.... Thank you to Sarah and the hardworking Team who made it a stay to remember.....we all had an amazing time and would love to return very soon NB : The weather stayed kind to us aswell

Highly recommended weekend stay at The Wild Barn Estate. 20 of us attended for the weekend to celebrate our friends wedding and everything was perfect. The photos online really do not do it justice. The rooms are much larger than expected and the grounds are just stunning. Excellent communication from Mark and Sarah during our stay. All the facilities you would expect and more. Would recommend for small or larger groups to enjoy. Hope to be back in the future!

We spent a wonderful week at The Wild Barn Estate in a group of 24. Our group has rented self-catering accommodation twice a year for years and this is one of the best we have stayed in - tranquil, beautifully furnished and with lovely touches like a swing for the children. It is perfect for large group holidays as there is a dining room which can fit everyone and pleasant outdoor patio area. Highly recommended and I would be happy to come again
