  Such a lovely apartment, with excellent views and a brilliant position, very close to buses, trains and shops.

  Only one very small negative, which I was surprised about. The info stated that 'towels and bedding are supplied' and I've never stayed anywhere which said that but didn't include the kitchen items!! Therefore I did not take a kitchen towel, a dishcloth or a teatowel, and none of that was provided, which was extremely awkward. It surprised me even more because it seemed everything else had been thought of - they are provided milk, biscuits, condiments, teabags, sugar, washing-up liquid etc - all extremely welcome. The apartment was an absolute pleasure to be in, and a small food store and various pasty shops, etc were within a few metres from the apartment. There were even plenty of coathangers, a coat rack, a torch (should there be a power cut), books, dvds, ...... Would I stay there again? Absolutely! Beautiful apartment! Thank you.

  The apartment as usual was really good clean tidy and everything we needed for a wonderful holiday .

  Which we enjoyed very much The only downside was the very scruffy and dirty downstairs hall , it was full of rubble rubbish and dirt that we had to walk by ever time entering and leaving the building.near the front door ,it looked like a new entrance was being made and sawdust and litter was left to stride over.,This was being walked up the stairs but someone had tried to clean it up without moving the mess. We were there 10 days and we saw no workers working on what looked like a renovation of this ground floor flat, this mess and rubble should have been contained inside the flat keeping the hall clean and tidy for all other occupants using the building.i think this situation should be complained about by the flat owners not a good look when entering this doorways.   Delighted with this apartment, very comfortable and well equipped with everything you are likely to need. Superb location, with fantastic sea view from lounge, dining and bedrooms. I loved the balcony, great views over beach and coastline. I have stayed here for the second time again and would recommend. Also has benefit of a parking space on site. Looe is a charming small fishing town with lots to do and see. I enjoy the local fishing trips when I visit. Lots of nice places to eat very within a short walk. Also immediately next to the beach. Please be aware that there are stairs to the first floor, no lift at this location. I love Looe and cant wait to come back again, one of the nicest places I have been in Cornwall. Something for everyone, it certainly ticks all the boxes for me !

  The photos on the website do not do the views from this apartment any justice. The location was amazing!. As with other reviews there are some stairs to climb to the apartment but for the view it was worth it. We did not have the best weather but that did not ruin our week. The location to the town and the beach from this apartment made our holiday. We loved this apartment. If we had any negative feedback it would be as published the car park is very tight and the nightclub did keep us up until 2 am on Saturday when it finished but during the day the pub below did not impact on our stay. These minor things with the parking and the nightclub will not stop us from returning to this amazing location..

  What a fantastic property to stay at location and property is fantastic and most of all the view of balcony.

  The apartment was ideal for us as we had taken our 2 grandchildren and dog so getting straight into town was so easy. The apartment as everything you need for cooking your own meals if choosing not to eat out and a little dishwasher to save you the washing up after. The beds were comfy as was the bedsettee the grandkids told us. This is a must place to stop at if visiting looe town so would like to thank sykes holidays and the owners who were both contactable if any issues happened while staying at property.
