The mattress in the fourth single walk through bedroom was totally unsuitable for an adult to sleep on and we had to use one of the mattresses from one of the double rooms. Though the kitchen was adequently supplied it could do with a few more basics ie milk and water jugs and a set of water glasses for the table rather than plastic ones. If these small points were addressed the cottage would be outstanding.

Photo on advert for Well Cottage is not truly representative of the actual condition. Patio needs cleaning Problem with shower in front bedroom and shower over the bath was disappointing and note many comments in guest book about this problem. May by the side door brought more dirt in - needs replacing. Small bedroom not good with no natural light and did not work for our party. Vacuum was broken and difficult to use Itâs a beautiful house in great location but it just needs a bit of tlc

The house is lovely and was spotless. It was one of our first holidays with our toddler and having a big, safe garden for her to run around in and being so close to the village (and the ducks) made our stay brilliant. We had plenty of space/bathrooms in the house for a family holiday. I can't recommend this property enough - if you're looking at it book it!!
