Most guests found Well Cottage to be clean and welcoming, though there were a few instances where cleanliness did not meet expectations, including reports of rubbish and dog hairs left behind. These seem to be isolated incidents rather than the norm.

The cottage's location is consistently praised for being within a short stroll to the centre of Bourton-on-the-Water and close to a supermarket, making it an ideal base for exploring the Cotswolds.

Guests have reported the beds to be comfortable and the property spacious, with multiple lounges and a large garden. However, some guests mentioned issues with overly soft mattresses and light in the bedrooms.

The property is well-equipped with a modern kitchen, luxurious bathrooms, and a large garden. Some guests experienced issues with hot water control and a lack of certain kitchenware, which suggests room for improvement in maintenance.

Many guests appreciated the thoughtful touches such as a welcome hamper and doggy pack. However, it's important to note that such gifts are subject to availability and are a delightful bonus rather than a guaranteed feature.

Very comfortable and very well equipped. The only one niggle we had was the patio area… this needed clearing and cleaning. Other than that we had a wonderful week and fabulous heatwave!

There was however a couple of problems, front bedroom on suite shower can be very hot almost scalding, I suggest you do not adjust it, after getting temperature right it was fine. End of the garden needs more security for our four legged friends, my schnauzer managed to get out twice. Love the Cotswolds
