Situated on Bullocks Farm, Woolmers is a converted barn that has been lovingly transformed by a firm of local, award-winning architects. The property takes its name from Woolmers Common, a large piece of common land straddling the nearby river, and its windows look out onto commanding views of the arable countryside.

The property contains a large, open-plan living space that’s filled with light, thanks to those windows and French doors. The kitchen’s centrepiece is a stylish breakfast bar, while the living space is centred around a modern wood-burning stove and large Smart television. The accommodation is very comfortable throughout, with underfloor heating, handmade mattresses and 100% cotton linen and towels. The owners have gone above and beyond to make the property warm and welcoming, and you can even order locally sourced meats and treats, provided you give 24 hours’ notice.

The garden area, fire pit and barbecue are shared with neighbouring properties Fox Hatch and Millers.

A utility room is shared between the three properties with washing machine, tumble dryer and a large American style fridge/freezer/ice maker.

Our standard welcome hamper is not provided at this property.

Children and infants welcome. A travel cot and highchair are available on request.
