The bedrooms were nicely furnished and beds comfy but were let down by poor cleaning standard, cobwebs and dust in general. Lounge area good space but why a bar height table? The stools were hard to get on and off as they slipped on the wooden floors - only attempted once as didnât want a fall. Again could see the potential and quality of oak furniture but the sofa in need of a good clean and very low. The steps down to the kitchen and bathroom very dark, the toilet roll holder in bathroom had been broken and left on a shelf! Did try to use the vacuum but t it didnât work and the duster had more dust & cobwebs on to use. With a bit of tlc and a thorough deep clean throughout this flat could be ideal as it is so well placed for the bus station and short walk to the town centre. If it was Mine I would be considering changing the cleaning company.

The hand rail is green with mould and unsteady. The hand rail down into the kitchen is wobbly. The bathroom has had obvious signs of damp. The hall way behind door and above is damp with a small hole in the ceiling. The carpet in bedroom and sofa are stained and look and feel dirty. Moved the sofa as I had dropped a lipstick under it, I didnât retrieve my lipstick as itâs filthy under it. All in all had we arrived earlier in the day we would not have even entered up the steps outside. It needs work. I have photos should you require them

Beds really squeaky. Location is good if you are on foot, but parking is a nightmare if you arrive with a car. Wouldn't return in a hurry.
