It was exceptionally well equipped. The whole place from the gardens to the rooms were full of character. The games room was and the snug became my favourite places. My only complaint is that I wish I had booked it for longer as I did not want to leave.

The garden and games room were great too. The property offered stunning views over the area and was very quiet. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. However, It wasnât clear about where the bin should have been left. I left it at the side of the lane on Wednesday night but it wasnât collected. If it needed to be down by the road this wasnât made clear. There was a small issue with the plug not opening in one of the en-suite bathrooms as it had come out of the holding bar underneath. It was like this when we arrived. Cooking on the Aga was interesting but we managed it. Despite closing the fridge door properly it still leaked.
