Over the next few days we had 9 different issues which I took pics of and expected to be quickly remedied. Three were fixed but the rest were left including no lighting in the walk-in wardrobe for which we needed a torch to see and an unusable dirty / rusted BBQ. As we had paid a lot of money for this Birthday treat we were very disappointed with Customer Service poor responses. We strongly recommend that Customer Services/Owner think more of customer satisfaction so as not to deter any future bookings. Our rating of this lodge is 6/10 at best (canât fault the position of the lodge or that beautiful view)
