Quaint, cosy cottage - perfect for a few days exploring the area. Warm, comfortable & clean. The stairs take a bit of getting used to and their steepness wouldnât be for everyone. We also wondered, as the small box room upstairs can be used as a dressing room, whether a larger double bed could be accommodated. Royal Oak ( good food ) & Plough pubs within easy walking distance. Some great walks from the front door up into Southam and onto Cleeve Hill. Also ideal for heading into the Cotswolds to the likes of Stow & Bourton-on-the-Water. A mile walk to the racecourse which for us was the main reason for staying.
Gwen
Plenty to do and see in the local area. Great pubs for food in walking distance.
Robin
Everything we needed and so nice to have the garden to sit out. The stairs are steep so you just need to be careful. Great location in a lovely village. We will definitely be going back for a longer stay.
